By using ReconcileX (reconcilex.in) you agree to use the agent wallet, bill payments, and collection tools only for lawful retail activity. Wallet balances are operational floats — not bank deposits. Chargebacks, KYC holds, and admin freezes may apply.
- You are responsible for passcodes, PIN, and device sessions.
- Incorrect UTRs or disputed collections may be reversed after review.
- We may suspend accounts that fail KYC or violate platform limits.
